  1. Terms and Conditions Acceptance - Access to this website and the services provided by this website are conditional upon your acceptance of, and compliance with, the terms and conditions, notices and disclaimers contained in this document and documents referred to herein (where applicable) and hereinafter referred to as “terms and conditions”. Your use of, access and subscription to TrainStationHR constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions.

    TrainStationHR reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time and as such you are hereby advised to periodically consult the terms and conditions in this document and elsewhere on the site. It is your responsibility to remain fully abreast of any amendment to the terms and conditions of the website, access and use thereof.
  2. Online services and access – In order to access TrainStationHR you must be a member of the TrainStationHR. The fee for the services provided are contained in the “Plans and Pricing” document available in the site links section of the website. Notwithstanding the fact that any member may access the site under a free 30 day trial with no obligation, you are none the less bound by these terms and conditions.
  3. Terms of User - You must take reasonable care to keep your password confidential. If you decide to tell someone your password they become your nominee and are subject to these conditions of use. We recommend that you do not record your password if you so you are responsible for keeping any records of your password protected and separate from any records or user name. You are liable for all transactions carried out by you or anybody carrying out a transaction with your authority or expressed or implied consent regardless of when the transaction was processed to your account. You should check your statements and records carefully if you believe a transaction is wrong or unauthorised you must contact us immediately.
  4. Limitation of Liability – under no circumstances (including but not limited to any act or omission on behalf of TrainStationHR) will TrainStationHR be liable for any direct, incidental, special and/or consequential damages or loss of profits whatsoever which result from any use or access of or any inability to use or access the site of TrainStationHR or any of the content contained thereon or therein. You expressly acknowledge and agree with TrainStationHR that TrainStationHR does not exert control over users of the site (including individuals referred to on the site, quests and experts) and is not liable either for their opinions or their behaviour including any information and/or advice or defamatory statements, offences, conduct which may occur.

    Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the content of TrainStationHR is accurate the authors, editors and TrainStationHR do not accept Legal liability for any errors, omissions or statements of Law and advice on this site. TrainStation HR is not intended as a comprehensive statement of the Law or HR practice in Ireland or elsewhere. Whilst every care has been taken in the production of the website and the materials contained herein it is not a substitute for legal advice and is not to be taken as Legal advice. Users who require advice to be given on any particular set of circumstances should seek professional advice, including Legal advice.
  5. Links – this site contains hyperlinks and other references to internet web services and other services operated by third parties. These linked web services are not under the control of TrainStationHR and TrainStationHR is not responsible for the contents of any linked website or any hyper link contained in a linked website. TrainStationHR provides these hyperlinks for convenience only and the inclusion of a link or hyperlink does not imply any endorsement of the linked website by TrainStationHR.

Intellectual Property – all information, text, material, graphics and advertisements on this site (hereinafter known as the “content of the site” ) are copyright of TrainStationHR, its suppliers and licensors unless expressly indicated on the site. You must not modify, copy or reproduce or republish, frame, upload to a third party, post transmit or distribute this content in anyway except as expressly provided for on this site and expressly authorised in writing by TrainStationHR in advance.
  7. Privacy and Confidentiality – your use and access of this site is governed by our privacy policy contained under the “other links” section of this website. By accepting these terms and conditions you are accepting in full the privacy policy and its terms and conditions.
  8. Website Availability – TrainStationHR will make every effort to ensure that this site is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week however, electronic services are subject to interruption or breakdown and TrainStationHR is an “as is” and “as available” only service. TrainStationHR makes no warranty with regard to uninterrupted service.
  9. Subscription – While TrainStationHR is available to trial for 30 days for free, it is purchased on an annual subscription basis only. The payment options in respect of the subscription fee are Cheque, Credit Transfer or Monthly Standing Order whereby you can select whether to pay your subscription fee entirely in advance or over a 12 month period. If however you cancel or fail to make payment at any point during this 12 month subscription you are none the less liable for the remainder of the 12 month subscription or whatever payments you have failed to meet.
  10. Discount Codes - On occasion, TrainStationHR may offer discounts codes to certain bodies or organisation. The use of a discount code and the resulting discount linked to this code are strictly subject to qualification and written verification by TrainStationHR.
  11. Data Protection – The Data Protection Policy and Privacy statement of TrainStationHR is available in a separate document entitled Data Protection Policy and Privacy Statement on this website. It is the sole responsibility of each client of TrainStationHR to ensure compliance with their legal responsibilities with regard to sensitive employee information and/or data protection legislation. TrainStationHR does not warrant compliance on behalf of any client with regard to privacy or data protection legislation and accepts no liability or responsibility on behalf of the client with regard to their compliance or non-compliance.
  12. Jurisdiction – this agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Ireland.
  13. Severance – if any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a Court of Law such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the Agreement, which will continue in full force and effect.
  14. 30 Day Free Trial - TrainStationHR can be trialled for free for 30 days. After this time an invoice will be generated for the appropriate business plan selected by a user at sign up. A trial account can be cancelled at any stage during or at the end of the trial by accessing the application and visiting the box on the administrators account dashboard. You can also cancel by emailing this instruction to info@trainstationhr.com
